Effective September 23, 2026. Sussex Septic Connect is operated by H9K Systems LLC.

Information you provide

When you submit a request, call or email, we receive contact information and the property, location, urgency and service details you provide. We use these details to respond, manage callbacks and maintain inquiry records. Please do not submit sensitive documents or payment information.

Services that process information

Cloudflare hosts this website and processes technical information for delivery and security. The request form sends your information, contact permission, submission time, source page and available referral or campaign information through Cloudflare to GoHighLevel/LeadConnector. That service manages contact records and sends an email alert to our team. Business email is handled through Google. Our local phone number uses GoHighLevel/LeadConnector and forwards calls to our business phone service.

Website analytics

Cloudflare Web Analytics measures visits, page views and website performance without analytics cookies. If you choose Allow analytics, Google Analytics uses cookies to measure page visits and basic actions such as starting or successfully submitting a request, clicking a phone link or opening callback booking. Google Analytics does not load until you allow it. You can decline or change your choice using Analytics preferences; requests work either way. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled. We do not send form answers, names, phone numbers or email addresses as analytics events; page URL queries and fragments are omitted.

Contractor introductions

We ask permission before sharing your inquiry with an identified independent contractor. Contractors may pay referral fees. A request does not authorize unrelated marketing. Text messaging is disabled; this website does not collect SMS consent or send automated text messages.

Retention and requests

We retain inquiry records as needed to handle requests, administer the service and meet applicable obligations. To ask about access, correction or deletion, email [email protected].
